We invest in and support companies that generate deep social and/or environmental impact in the Andean Region.

We design our investment thesis and structure to address two key gaps in access to capital: the financing gap of the “missing middle” and the lack of access to the right type of capital.

THE RIGHT TYPE OF CAPITAL

We offer the right type of capital through flexible hybrid debt instruments, primarily revenue-based loans. Our loans are unsecured and non-dilutive, meaning entrepreneurs don’t have to give up equity or provide assets as collateral. This allows them to access capital that aligns with the pace of their business growth.

THE MISSING MIDDLE

We address the capital access gap for early-stage SMEs and startups in Latin America, known as the “missing middle.” We focus on companies with annual revenues between $200,000 and $3 million: too large for traditional microfinance, yet still out of reach for institutional capital or fair banking terms.
